Return window

You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free. Tell us the size you need and we will send it once we receive the original item.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. In that case we cover it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

How to return

Email sales@manufacturerinternational.com with your order number and the items you want to return or exchange, and we will send you the return instructions.
