Manufacturer International ("we", the data controller) collects the information you submit through our quote form or by email (name, company, email, country, order details and files) to respond to your request and prepare proposals.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes, and manage any resulting order. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

With service providers who help us operate (e.g. email and form hosting), only as needed.

Currency by location

To show prices in your local currency, our server sends your IP address to an IP-location service (api.country.is, or ipwho.is as a backup) to look up your country. Only the country is used, to choose the currency. We keep the result for up to 24 hours, stored under a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, and do not use it for anything else. You can change the currency at any time with the selector at the top of the page.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
