Fabrics
Knit fabrics are made in-house on single, double and flat knitting machines (20–34 inch diameters, 14–32 gauge). Organic cotton is sourced from trusted regional mills.
Our process
1. Tech pack & specs
Send designs or tech packs, fabrics, volumes per style, sizes, colours, target dates and destination.
2. Costing & proposal
We prepare a proposal with timing confirmed for your volumes.
3. Sampling
We develop samples for your approval before anything goes to bulk. A dedicated sampling unit with its own cutting, stitching, finishing and packing, plus small-batch dyeing, works year-round to turn samples around fast.
4. Production
Bulk production in our own factory, from 48-piece trial orders to programmes of 10,000+ units. Knitting, dyeing (about 15,000 kg of fabric a day), printing, embroidery, cutting and stitching all happen under one roof, which keeps lead times short.
5. Quality control
Inspection before packing. Fabric is checked on the 4-point system, inline inspections run at AQL 1.5, and an independent internal team audits every shipment lot at AQL 2.5 before any third-party inspection. Our QC lab tests to AATCC and ISO methods.
6. Packing & shipping
Packed to your requirements and shipped to your destination worldwide. Packing areas use metal detection in line with C-TPAT standards.
Certifications & compliance
Our production facility has held the following certifications and memberships:
The facility is also audited against the codes of conduct of major international retailers, and runs its own effluent treatment plant (150,000–200,000 gallons a day, treated to NEQS standards). Certificate details are available on request.
